Return Process

    Await Authorization

    Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your device in its original box including all cables, SD cards, and manuals, then ship it back to us using a trackable mail service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
